Ordering is easy! Simply browse our website, add the items you want to your cart, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You can also create an account for a faster checkout experience.

2. What payment methods do you accept for online orders?

You can track your order by logging into your account and checking the order history. We'll also send you email notifications with updates on your order's status and shipping information.

4. What is your shipping policy?

We do NOT offer free returns to our EU customers at this moment in time. We have 2 options upon return through our portal - You can use your own label and return through the post office or you can use our Pre Paid Label at a return cost of €20 with peace of mind through our trusty courier DHL.

5. What is your return and exchange policy for online purchases?

6. Are there any discounts or promotions available for online shoppers?

8. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you but remember we only have a small window where we can cancel orders.
